Just in the nick of time

As if nothing had happened, normal operations have resumed at Urgha Depot for the start of the cold weather. Feed sales are picking up and Hotlogs and Hotmax are flying out the door like hot cakes. Behind the scenes, we’ve changed cabins. The shop is now in a new, dry and warm cabin that is laid out with more retail space.

The old cabin surprised us all and lifted onto the lorry with no issues. Its sat at the Old Gun Club waiting for the crane to return to take it to it’s next home.

The new cabin is the same size and footprint, so we were able to reuse the wooden ramp that was lovingly constructed a couple of summers ago. We will also shortly have hot running water and a sink – all mod  cons.

Inside, we have invested in more display racks to expand the product range further. The new cabin marks another milestone in the growth of this essential community service. The project was assisted by:
